The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Extension of Requirements to the Authorized Capital of the Professional Participants of the Stock Market at the First Reading

The Bill (Reg. No.2540) increases the volume of the authorized capital of the professional participants of the stock market (depositaries, registrars, asset management companies, securities traders, etc).

Elaboration of the Bill is connected with the necessity to extend requirements to the authorized capital of the professional participants of the stock market in order to minimize risks in the operations with securities.
